Amazing as always! Brilliant customer service and they were constantly conscious of keeping hands and spaces clean for use. Amanda was a true professional and she did an amazing job. Woul always recommended this place to people!

This has been my second time coming here. The staff are incredibly friendly and if you arrive early enough, are sure to offer you a beverage (very nice touch). Each wax has been relatively painless (we all have sensitive areas so there’s no point denying some places pull more than others) and the clean up process after hasn’t been too bad either. However, on this visit we had finished the front area very nicely and I was told “that’s it, we’re all done”. And then when I asked if we were doing the back I was told that wasn’t what a Brazilian is? Now, for someone who’s been getting waxed for 7 years (me) this is the first time anyone has ever said this and I’ve lived all over the UK. She did eventually do it but I would feel far more comfortable if my technician knew exactly what certain methods of waxing are. When I asked for a strip to be left I guided her where to leave it as she was inexperienced on this practice. Lovely service, clean salon and equipment. However, I fear more training is needed unfortunately. I do still plan on coming back but if another incident happens where I don’t feel that someone is well aware of the methods I will not be returning. This treatment does take the full 45 minutes which is also a shame as in London for relatively the same price I could get this done within 30 minutes or less.
