UNRELIABLE - First the BAD. If you don’t have spare time, I would skip this place. They have been unreliable on several occasions. Twice - they called me to see if I could do another day. But today was where you could really tell how unreliable they are. I entered as a lady told me the therapist was running a few minutes late. After 15 mins had passed I inquired again, she said the lady who was before me only arrived a few minutes before I had so it could be another 10 mins. (No actual apologies or information). After the 30 min mark, I still hadn’t been seen so I left. In one word: UNRELIABLE. If you do have flexibility - the eyebrow wax itself is good.

Really nice place and all of the staff are lovely! Never had a bad hair cut from here and don't think I ever will!
