Went for a balayage and conditioning treatment , excellent professional service .my hair looks great the ladies did a good job, will be back again .

Love chapel street salon normally, however wouldn’t return for a wax. Wax felt far too hot and I did explain this at the time, wasn’t completely satisfied with the overall service but will return to get my hair cut as normal as can’t fault the usual service so may have been an off day.
