Superb visit and one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Leigh was amazing she understood my issues and gave me valuable advice. She was also super careful to look after my new ear piercing during the process! Think I’ve found my new go to!
Firstly, I had three different numbers contact me before my visit to chase 10% deposit for the treatment, which I found a bit dodgy as with my last visit that didn’t happened, so it would have been nice to be prompted about this at the point of booking the actual treatment through the app. I have called the salon directly as the mobile numbers that have contacted me about the deposit I did not recognise and it could have been anybody asking me about my card details.Once I have made the deposit payment directly with the salon, I had another number sending me text a day after to chase the deposit that I have already paid - not impressed.
I’ve been to this salon before and loved it which is why I came back for more. However, I must say this time I have been left disappointed. Last time when I had my treatment, only one stylist has been involved with my hair throughout the whole process. From washing, cutting and styling. This time I had 3 different stylists dipping in and out doing bits on my hair which I didn’t really like. It seemed like there was a disorganisation and the stylists where jumping from one client to another. I had my haircut with Lucia (my miracle worker from my last visit) on my wet hair, however I did say that once my hair is dry I would like some more hair to be taken off from the front. That has never happened as Lucia has been taken away to work on another client whilst I had someone else blow drying my hair and to do any adjusting last minute trimmings has never been offered. After my hair was dried, the less experienced stylist has curled my hair is such a way that has also been just “satisfactory”. It is a shame that my experience has not been so great this time, however I do hope it will improve in my future visit.
