I had a last minute change to my stylist but I was notified in plenty of time and even offered to change my appointment. Having been to this salon before I was happy to have another stylist and my cut was great. The staff are always so polite and friendly, offering hot drinks and always up for a chat. I was really happy with my quick appointment and it will always be my first choice for when my hair needs doing!
