Staff lovely and very welcoming, had a haircut and blow dry both done really well, Anita who did my hair was very professional and advised me of tips and hair ideas all the way through styling my hair...will definitely be returning to this salon
Overall I’m very satisfied! Waxing went fairly quick but not rushed. It wasn’t nearly as painful as I experienced in other places.
There were a few hair missed, but from my experience it’s fairly normal. I tend to pluck those single hair on my own at home.
There is a couple things worth mentioning, they didn’t bother me too much, however the salon maybe should take it into consideration as they might influence other customers. First of all I had to take my clothes of with Lina (a staff lady) being inside the room - in other places staff leaves the room and comes back in a couple of minutes to give you some privacy while you change. As I said - I didn’t mind, but for someone else it might be uncomfortable.
Second of all there is no music in the room, and Lina doesn’t speak much English so the treatment went it total silence. I actually prefer not talking, but it would be nice to have some relaxing background music to listen to during waxing.
Other than that I’m satisfied and will definitely be back :)
