The atmosphere is nice and has a smart, still cosy look. A hot drink and cookies are offered to clients which makes you feel very welcomed. I am very happy with the treatment (root tint), for which the staff went the extra mile to suggest the colour that would best match my original shade _ by picking up different samples, suggesting a few options, and making sure I was fully happy with the choice.
Went in for a whole new look including a fringe, Anita was quick and listened to exactly what I wanted, copied the picture I brought in almost perfectly, couldn’t be happier with my new hair!
I went in for a trim and only wanted the very, very ends cut off as want to grow my hair long. I was happy that Leigh gave me what I wanted and didn't take the opportunity to snip more off like some hairdressers do. She also made my hair more fluffy and in better condition by taking off any split ends without adjusting the length.
