I loved my haircut and stylist but overall the atmosphere was very unpleasant, there was clearly some confusion over who was cutting whose hair it all felt very tense and negative conversation going on that should be private. I’ve been to chaps & dames quite a few times, it’s been my go to since I move to this part of London but this really ruined my experience and I don’t think I would return again which is a real shame.
