From the start of the haircut Vee seemed like she didn’t really want to be there, she showed me to a seat that had a cup of half-drank tea and hair was all over the seat. She was very aggressive when brushing through my hair and repeatedly bumped into my head with the comb or the scissors during the treatment. The wash was very uncomfortable, water went all the way down my back, and my mask was soaked too. I wasn’t asked if the temperature was okay before the water went on my hair.

First time haircut there, the cut from V was amazing. I have long fine hair. She dry cut first, then hair wash, dry, then neaten up and blow dry after. It’s unlike salons I would normally go to - it’s very rough and ready, not a pamper experience - but the haircut was really excellent.
