I have had highlights for 10+ years every six weeks. The stylist left me with significant root regrowth which I had to pay another salon to cover. I complained and the salon blamed me for not opting for a direct root touch up. I would avoid.

The haircut itself was good, but I was made to feel like I had chosen the wrong thing on Treatwell because I have thick hair. The lady had said there were terms and conditions about thick hair and that it cost more however I had a look on the treatwell salon page and it doesn’t say anything. So v confused. She also ripped my earring out and didn’t apologise and also dried my hair with a paper towel. I’ve not experienced that before 🌝
