When I got there it was busy and I had to wait a while before anyone came to greet me. Then I was asked if I could come back later. This wasn’t possible so I waited but felt a bit sad about this when I had other events planned and was on a timescale

Appalling salon. Staff member had no idea how to remove gel polish which resulted in burning nails and skin and damaged nails. I had to stop the manicure before polish was removed and find another salon to repair the damage for my graduation ceremony
