Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon ever. Took almost an hour to do the removal of my existing BIAB and lots of old product was still left on the nails. Was caught with the efile numerous times and experienced hot spots due to leaving it in the same place too long. After almost 2 hours I left with a streaky manicure and nails of all different length as they had tools for cutting down nails with product on. Fortunately I had nail supplies at home and was able to salvage my nails. Avoid!
