Waxing was thorough and did the treatment very quickly. However more time could have been taken when applying the wax this was painful at times.

I go here to get my eyebrows threaded. Genuinely one of the best places I've found to get them threaded. My eyebrows had been overplucked and didn't have the best shape. I had been told previously that the hair may never grow back in places.
Charisma managed to re-shape my eyebrows and allow the hair to grow back where necessary, where other retailers couldn't seem to do so.

I have been to the salon a few times now and find the staff very pleasant and attentive and this time was no different.
