Loved my facial my skin feels amazing and looks more plumped. My lines have definitely reduced slightly and my open pores have reduced. The reason I’ve marked a bit lower as I was recommended to buy a JL formulations cleanser £32 the girl said it’d be perfect for my skin, it made me scarlet red and my skin was stinging, took 2 days for it to settle.

Treated myself to a deep tissue massage after a snowboarding trip which left me a bit stiff & sore. Pleasantly surprised at Zoe’s experience & she knew intuitively whuch area required most work. The quickest hour of my life but slept well that night & felt great afterwards. Definitely will return.

I always have really good treatments at Charisma and feel that it's good value for money it's just a shame that the salon is so small so quite noisy in the treatment rooms.
