I booked an appointment for a blow dry on Saturday as I had a hen day/night to go to. I booked for 8.30 and was asked via text to change to 9 which I agreed to. I went to my appointment on Saturday and your stylist Chelsea didn't even bother to show up! I waited over 30 minutes and no one even offered An explanation. Absolutely shocking way to run a business. Wheather I'm a regular client or not it's a disgraceful way to treat a customer. I will never book an appointment with you again and would never recommend . Very disappointing.
