I booked an appointment tomorrow hot wax might with Zoe via the Charisma facebook page. Was simple to use and arrange and only took a few mins hassle free! Turned up 5 mins early was politely greeted and was taking spot in time for my appointment. Zoe was excellent! So friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time making sure her waxing was perfect. She made me feel at ease the whole time and I ended up booking in eith her for a 45 min hot stone massage the following day. Couldn't fault the staff or the shop:) and will defo be back
