2nd time I've been in the salon, all the staff are so friendly. 1st time getting a lash lift, really relaxing, no stinging or sensitivity and best of all lovely curled lashes which make my eyes so wide and bright looking. during the process I was treated to a soothing temple massage, heaven. thanx

This has been my favourite salon so far & I have tried lots of local salons. I had a blow dry & my make up done for a special night out & I felt amazing. My hair was complimented all night long & I felt like a woman in my 20s rather than in my 50s.
Couldn’t recommend Charisma enough.
