Horrendous service, asked for half head highlights and Angela completely messed them up. She would not style it as asked and left it curly, when I got home and styled it straight I realised why. She knew she hadn't blended it correctly. I rang her and she admitted this and apologised.
I asked for a full refund in which she agreed. It never came. I rang back and she hung up. I'm now going through my credit card company to recieve a full refund.

The haircut was great but Angela was late 40minutes and that is the only thing I was not super happy about.
