It was fantastic!
My hair has been cut EXACTLY the way I wanted it to be. Philip took his time to understand what I wanted and then just did it - my kind of hairdresser.

Euan was very attentive and listened to exactly what it was I wanted and provided guidance when I needed it. Nice complimentary drinks. Nice clean salon.
I made a last minute booking for Frederick Street but due to an issue with the booking system they couldn't fit me in. However they went out of their way to find a solution and managed to get me in at the same time in the Ocean Terminal salon, where I had a great haircut from Hayley. She was very professional and took time to make sure the cut was absolutely perfect. Despite the slight booking hiccup, Charlie Miller went out of their way to sort it out (which other salons haven't done before when there have been issues with booking times etc.)
