Charlie’s Hair studio is a little gem in the heart of The Arcadian in China town on the upper level, you wouldn’t know the salon was there as is on the side bridge that’s above the street level. I found it by luck online whilst searching for hair salons within that area. So glad I did, as it’s perfect, not overly busy so you get the full attention from the stylist, you don’t feel rushed. The shampoo conditioning is a full on 15 minutes due to the amazing head massage which you always receive
