I had an appointment today. Firstly, I couldn’t find the studio, so I gave them a call and one very sweet guy stayed on the phone for 5mins to help me find the place and he was the sweetest with me. When I arrived there, they told me that they haven’t received my booking, however, they told me to come back in less than an hour (and that’s not always the case with other places). They also told me that I can stay at the studio and wait there which was very nice as well. Anyways, when I went back, I had such an amazing hair massage followed by the best cut simply because it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone was super polite, careful, friendly, kind. I’m extremely happy with my experience. Defo going back and recommending 😍😍
