Sayeh was absolutely lovely! She made the waxing process so easy and painless. I would highly recommend Sayeh! Moreover, all staff was absolutely lovely and the whole beauty salon had a positive vibe and energy! Thank you

Hollywood wax isn’t a real Hollywood wax - it doesn’t include the behind which is standard in any other salon. Had to pay an extra £5 for it which is just absurd - if it’s not a Hollywood wax it shouldn’t be labelled as such. Staff was friendly, but went over areas too many times and has left me burnt and blisters are starting to form (I am writing this review about 30 mins after my appointment). When I complained of a burning sensation, she gave me aloe Vera gel and a soothing lotion which made the entire area sting even more. And then, rather than apologise straight away & take responsibility, she told me it’s because I chose to have a strip wax instead of hot wax. I could hardly walk to the bus stop, which has never happened in the past 4 years of going to various salons and always getting a Hollywood strip wax. So annoyed/disappointed & in so much unnecessary pain. Will never be coming back.

Sayeh is a superstar. So professional, well qualified and lovely. Sayeh really went the extra mile to give me beautiful lashes and I love them. Definitely recommend !!

Sayeh is a star! Booked a Swedish massage but got a back and deep back clean instead. She is highly talented and certainly puts a lot of effort into it. The only disadvantage if any is the location - it is quite noisy from the hairdressers but you can't really hear it over the relaxing music.
