The treatments were great (massage and facial), but low rating because of the following reasons, before treatment started she asked me if I was pregnant (I’m not, my youngest is 18 months), I did have a floaty dress on, but still not something you should say unless 100 % sure, didn’t make me feel great, on my birthday too! She didn’t knock when she came back in when undressing, lucky I was all ready. The noise was very loud, very distracting, not relaxing at all, I know it’s not her fault, but I’ve had massages from other beauty therapists renting a room in a salon and never had that problem before. During the treatment she asked me if I wanted to ‘sort out my eyebrows’, not the best wording, also up selling during a relaxing treatment, really? Don’t worry got them sorted else where.

Pictures do not represent the salon. The room where I was seen as no window or aircom. It smelled damp and it was very hot and I got sweaty without much effort. The girl was kind and took her time. She was very professional and nice.
