A really poor and disappointing experience that ended with the business owner only agreeing to refund if I hid the poor service review. The 1 hour 30 min spa was cut down by 30 minutes. I eas rushed to change and leave even as I felt dizzy, was walked in on twice whilst I got changed with not even a courtesy of a knock at the door and worst of all were the barrage of rude texts that followed as I requested a refund. I have never had a more traumatized experience. However feel responsible to pre-warn anyone who like me was looking for a relaxation as the basic need from a business offering this service.
