Charlotte was wonderful. Very welcoming and a pleasure to talk with. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. She took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I left the salon feeling great, with hair that was visibly healthier, prettier and very bouncy.

Such a nice women and feel so bad saying this but truly one of the worst blow dries I’ve had. Took ages and I left with my hair dry and scraggly. Maybe it was an off day but I had to fully re do it when I got home.
