Amazing! Charlotte is not just a talented, professional hairdresser, but a very lovely, pleasant and kind human being. The whole process was a refreshing experience for me. She did the exact haircut that I showed her, making the edges on my thin hair look as less blunt as possible. I’m glad I chose Charlotte and her place (she’s got very nice colleagues as well).
