For anyone who is new to Thai massage at Charm. You will be almost naked with only underwear on. During the massage, a big towel will cover you.

I arrived just over 10 minutes early for my 4.30-6pm booking and they were running late. The therapist started my session 10 minutes late at 4.40pm and ended at 5.55pm,15mins lost. There was no apology, the response was curt & the massage was subpar.
