I arrived just over 10 minutes early for my 4.30-6pm booking and they were running late. The therapist started my session 10 minutes late at 4.40pm and ended at 5.55pm,15mins lost. There was no apology, the response was curt & the massage was subpar.

Massage itself was fine could have done with slight bit more pressure applied as have a bad back. Missing the old lady she was great. The room itself is nice and calm with music but God awful drilling in the building throughout the hour and half and could hear constant noise due to nail bar being outside the door.
