I’ve been coming for such a long time now and I’ve always dealt with Fern who is amazing! However fern was on day off and I had to have Ray instead.. NEVER AGAIN I will deal with her.. and didn’t enjoy my massage one bit! I would like a call from one of the managers to discuss this, thank you!

Not a proper Thai massage routine! Lazy therapist trying to use no pressure at all. Tried to charge me £10 extra for some actual pressure to which I said ok - still terrible - I asked to stop and leave because it wasn’t worth it or helping pain. and the therapist said “no, okay, I can do hard work. You don’t have to pay extra” she continued with some effort but still the worst Thai massage I’ve had in both Leeds and Thailand. Then finished 12 minutes earlier than paid for! Horrendous service.

My massage was outstanding, I have really bad back pain and couldn’t even sit down as my tail bone hurt so much. I left my massage feeling like I had a new body, best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Will definitely be coming back!
