First time getting a wax & coming to this place. Farah wasn’t helping me calm my nerves and was just going straight to it. I have got a chemical burn on my Labia as the wax she used was too hot for my skin & I said that on the day but she assured me it was okay. There was issues as I didn’t have enough hair growth( fair enough ) but seemed to be rude about it

I took my daughter for her eyebrows and top lip before a holiday to Spain. It was the first time she had her eyebrows shaped, usually she has just the middle done. Farah made her feel really at ease and also gave some advice about her skin. We will definitely be back
