Faria was able to answer all my questions about the treatment, the effectiveness of the service and how to care for my hair. She also asked me to get back to her after the first hair wash to see if the results were as I'd hoped.
I love this straightening. My hair is very thick and tends to curl and frizz with humidity. Thanks to straightening, I save time on styling and drying. I use the Mood shampoo that she kindly recommended to keep the straightening longer.
