Thumbs up! This was my second appointment with Kelsey and I’m just as happy as I was in my first visit.
Lovely staff, kept making sure everything was ok, will definitely be back, not sure it was Elliz who done my eyebrows as I completely forgot to get the girls name but she was lovely, normally get my eyebrows done in Bromley high street but will be swapping now, will be looking at getting more treatments done here in the future
The service was poor probably one of the worst facials I’ve had. I had to ask for extractions to be done yet this was a steam and extraction facial. I had steam on my neck not my face which I thought was to keep me warm. Before I knew it she was performing extractions without steaming my face first..? I couldn’t be bothered to complain or question it and just left. However, the next morning I woke up with swollen eyes and a rash all over my face. I contacted the salon and they didn’t help! Avoi
Fantastic place- this was my first visit and I wasn’t disappointed- the staff were lovely and friendly made me feel like a movie star
Would definitely go back again
