Felt really comfortable from the moment I entered. Kelsey explained the treatment really well on how it would feel and she makes sure you are okay every step of the way

This was my second facial, which was complimentary as I wasn't happy with the first one. Just feel like the staff are too inexperienced! I've had many facials over the years at various salons, so I know what makes good facial and a bad one. I won't be going back.
