Poor customer service, it was my first time upon recommendation and unfortunately , the first impression didn't make it for me. The beautician seemed overwhelmed and therefore forgot to ask basics such as how are you or is it your first time with us. I only went for a facial but did not feel welcomed. I think and I may be wrong that the beautician was on her own and struggled at that time. Upon my departure, she didn't asked how I felt or even advise me on facial routine or product I could use.

very happy with the facial to help clear skin of congestion. Alex didnt skrimp with her time she spent focused on extraction and my skin very clear after the treatment very happy and will go regularly

Charmelle has done a great job as usual. Got my jaw and eye troughs done. fantastic results and a very caring and knowledgeable aesthetician! Will be coming back!
