Salon is really clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were welcoming and professional. Kelsey was really knowledgable about various treatments on offer at the salon. I had eye brow lamination and a lip wax, Kelsey was very through however the lamination hasn’t really worked on my brows. There’s no difference to how they were before which is disappointing. I have had lamination done elsewhere, but had better results.
Lovely and welcoming, I find it not so relaxing having my eyebrows done next to the till with staff passing constantly and talking about other clients but I can see that they are just utilising the space and that may not bother other people.
Fantastic experience all round, went in with a seized back and Kelsey clearly knew what she was doing and got it sorted! I was a new man when left and rebooked immediately.
