I had the Dermapen treatment done and Kelsey was perfect as always. Very professional and explaining everything in detail. I’ll be back for my follow up session next month.

It was chucking down with rain & I was coming in with a buggy, Kelsey & the receptionist watched as I struggled through the doors instead of holding the door to help us in. She then said I was late (by 5 mins) without asking why, I was late as my daughter had an accident as I was leaving the house. I felt she was very rude & unprofessional, but during the treatment she was friendlier. However the lamination didn’t work, I wasn’t given tips for aftercare part from brushing them & was overcharged.

Second time I’ve had my nails done by Kelsey. Such a clean salon lots of colours to chose from and my gels look great!
