Been visiting Tanz for a number of months and Kelsey has been doing my nails for most of them. She’s very good at her job, super-friendly and talented. I get 4 weeks out of my gel nails with very minimal chips or breakages. Highly recommend a visit, just a lovely environment for customers.

Wrote to me on the day of appointment telling me the beauty therapist I requested would not be doing the treatment but the other therapist would be. Corina was very friendly but the treatment took over two hours. I had plans for Friday night and really needed the treatment to be quick and efficient. Overall, I'm happy with the treatments, just not the time it took.
First visit to this salon and I loved my treatment. I had dermaplanning my skin looks incredible and feels so soft great salon
The eyebrow was was nice but the staff member I felt was rude towards me. I had booked in yesterday for half 5 as I know there is roadworks near my work I got an email this morning to say it was moved to quarter past 5 and I couldn’t change it or cancel so I had to stick to it, I was running late tried to call but got through I voicemail so I did leave a voicemail, I finally got there about 25 past 5 and the staff member there said “oh your very late” I said “I did leave a voicemail” she said “oh I don’t have no voicemails but anyway it’s just an eyebrow wax” I was really taken back by how she spoke to me and the face she pulled. I would never go there again, it made me feel uncomfortable and she didn’t bother to speak to me
