The Salon is beautiful and Charmelle really knew what she was doing. 4 stars only because One side that got filled was slightly smaller than the other side in the end as we thought it was swollen but I am happy overall and would come back again!

Arrived for my appointment to find the salon closed and had to wait for staff to arrive. Therapist informed me it was her first day and although she was extremely polite had clearly been not informed about the salon (where things are etc). A top coat was applied to the base of my nail to start with and gel on top with minimal drying time. 2 days later and they are peeling. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received it was extremely unprofessional. I arrived at 10am for my appointment for the shop to not even be opened and the manager (I assume who was the manager) turned up late to open the shop, which is very unprofessional. The lady who done my nails took an hour to do them and they were not done to a high standard, she couldn’t even file my nails properly and the shape wasn’t how I wanted it, even though she done them twice. I won’t be returning
