I had my eyebrows done here, including the top up and obviously I don’t have anything to compare with but I felt like I was in good hands, very happy with the after care instructions and the results. Will come back and get my lips done here later. Thank you.

Booked earlier on for a deluxe pedicure and a file and paint gel polish on my hands. Have to say I was quite disappointed. On the outside, the place looked beautiful and relaxing however when inside, it was near enough impossible to relax. The place wasn’t very clean at all. Stains all over the manicure table, the floor was dirty, therapist was not wearing gloves at all through the pedicure which made me uncomfortable as well as running the risk of cross contamination by just sticking fingers into products without any proper means of dispensing them. Music wasn’t very pleasant either as it was more gangster rap and house music. As previously stated, I booked a deluxe pedicure which I did not receive but ended up paying for. There was no hot stone massage, no oil, no toe wax and no flower petals however this was listed as part of the treatment on Treatwell. I feel like I have been incredibly overcharged. When my pedicure had finished, I was asked to move to another seat to allow my nails to dry however I had difficulty doing this due to the fact that products where in my way, preventing me from standing and stepping safely. Couch roll on the manicure station looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks with several rips and wet patches. On the plus side, the paint was lovely. Don’t think I’ll be coming back unfortunately.
