Charmi has no charm whatsoever. I was present on time but Charmi came out late with no introduction or apology and seemed more interested in her phone then any welcome or customer service for a potential new client.
My treatement lasted about 7 mins in which time at no time did she ask if i was happy, the wax was too hot if i wanted anything else. She had already started her next booking before i had paid.
Do not waste your money or time with her as its a revolting experience which i would not recommend to anyone

Lovely woman doing my waxing but was surprised by the facilities. Only one room for waxing and one chair for facial waxing. Imagine they do not get many customers or are a newly added luxury to the barber's they are situated in. Waxing was good but a little painful; I didn't feel the beautician tried to make it as comfortable for me as she could have done. Happy with my wax though and will likely return.
