The lashes came out well but the treatment was awful. You sit on a fold out chair pushed back which is very uncomfortable, you are on view of the rest of the shop, this is the week before Xmas so the area might be kept cleaner usually but as it was during my visit there was hair across the floor (clearly from previous customers not current) wrappers, the whole place was fairly unkempt. Because you are pretty much laid in an open doorway you are subject to interruption when any other potential customers inquire about treatments. They use sellotape to hold down the bottom lashes which took 15 minutes to put on. The glue actually got into both eyes which meant the whole thing was quite painful and although the lashes look nice my eyes are painful and bloodshot! The whole think took 1 hour and 15 minutes, at £45 I've paid less for better, this is my worst eyelash experience to date - I have lashes applied once per month. Very disappointing.

The venue was not clean. The lady barely spoke english and was not nice at all. On top of that, she completely burnt my skin. It was quick though and quite cheap. Please be aware that they don't take debit/credit card.
