Facial was great. The threading shape is fantastic, however I've been left with a cut under my left eye below the brow. I would leave a higher review but the lack of PPE made me very uncomfortable. I pointed this out and asked if a protector visor could be worn when I needed to take off my own mask for two of the treatments, but it was refused despite staff in the barbers having / wearing these.
