Only had an eyebrow threading, which seemed like it was going to be a disaster as staff and ambience very weird, however it was fine. I didn't let her tint my brows though as she was trying to put the dye on post threading- OUCH!

Wax was done really thoroughly and carefully. I was also running a few minutes late and it didn't affect my appointment. I would highly recommend.

I was able to book in an appointment on the same day, which was very helpful. I arrived a bit early and had to wait a bit, but they were super nice and it was a great treatment.
