I booked an eyebrow threading shape and tint and an eyelash tint. The threading was very rough, fast and left my brows looking uneven. The eyebrow tint was too dark (even though I said keep it natural) and I didn't even receive the eyelash tint (though tbh, I was ok with that as I was happy to get out of there). Cleanliness wise, I was lying on an unclean cover, that had clearly been used before. Jigi, though lovely, was clearly very busy and didn't even wipe it down! I wouldn't come back.
