Overall I was disappointed with my experience here. I got a Hollywood wax. No options were listed on the price-list and I'd assumed it would be hot wax but it turned out that would be an extra £10 so I stuck to strip-wax. The beautician was friendly, fast and thorough but wasn't able to give me any care advice, despite my asking twice, except to wash with only water for the first day. It was pretty painful and quite a few hairs were left torn rather than pulled out. My biggest issue was that another client repeatedly knocked on the door and the beautician went to answer it, opening the door each time as well as shouting through to her. I felt really uncomfortable with this. I had turned up slightly early for my appointment and didn't feel this was necessary or respectful. I also wasn't aware that it would be payment by cash only.

Happy with the eyebrow shaping. Cheap and cheerful no frills salon. Lady who does the threading is lovely. Will be returning :)

The treatment itself was very good, relatively pain free (ish !) but I could hear the whole barber shop outside which was slightly off putting. Apart from that everything was good, and Charmi is lovely.

A small salon located at the back of a busy barbers/hairdressers. The staff were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend threading instead of waxing if you're unsure!
