The wax itself was very good but the lack of organisation would put me off going back. I booked the appointment during my lunch and arrived on time but had to wait 20 minutes to be seen as the therapist was busy with another customer.

I really enjoyed my treatments with Charmi and I want to recommend her to anybody looking for great quality service and reasonable prices around Camden. Charmi is lovely and very responsive, you can usually have your treatments even without booking needed.
This was the first time I visited Charmis for a new waxing service I had never done before and I am happy to say it was a brilliant choice. The staff is very kind and understanding of the clients' needs, will definitely go back.
