I am a regular here and it is nice but since the owner herself has stopped doing the waxes my appointments have always been delayed and I’m waiting 10/15 mins at least after my appointment time because the lady’s still with another customer and I’ve constantly had my wax times interrupted by other customers knocking and asking for things they want done and the waxer always asks me if she can go help the other customers literally in the middle of my wax.It’s thrown me off a bit from coming her:(
