The room is very small and hot, not helped by the summer temps. The service was generally decent but I do have skin damage from the leg wax which is frustrating and hopefully will not scar

I usually have a great experience here and get exactly what I ask for (just a clean up of the edges) but today I left with uneven brows. One was over threaded so it looks thinner than the other, and too much hair was taken off the front of the brow which now looks like a tiny bald patch. Also not sure who the beautician was, as it wasn’t Jigi.
