The place looks great, really nicely done, very clean and professional. The staff were friendly but communication was a huge problem. My hairstylist didn’t understand what I wanted at all and just did her own thing to the point I had a chunk missing in my hair. Had to wait to grow it out and it was very embarrassing and I got numerous comments. Massage was okay, light was very bright the whole time so it wasn’t relaxing at all and didn’t ask about the pressure which was too light and I didn’t feel it really helped or relaxed me. Won’t be going again. Which is such a shame as it’s a lovely looking place.
