Bit disappointed by the whole haircut at Charming if I'm honest. Felt like Radina didn't really want to be at work! I received a poor excuse of a head massage for about 7 seconds after she had finished washing my hair. My haircut felt rushed. When I asked for some volume to be added using layers/styled cut, she said it's impossible to add volume through a styled cut...first time I've EVER heard of that. I asked for a blow dry with loose curls, but got told she didn't have time.
