As I don’t want to get backlash I will post anonymously.
I have always enjoyed my visit to charming however my last visit I felt the stylist was not as friendly. She hardly spoke to me. I feel the my hair wasn’t properly cut- I have thick hair and she cut it all one length which I said was fine but she didn’t thin it out, this is what normally happens. She asked if I was happy with it, didn’t show the back of my hair and I left feeling quiet unimpressed.

Best gel mani and pedi I have had. Dovile was amazing with her attention to detail and advice. More expensive than some but definitely worth it. Already rebooked for next month. My feet and hands feel and look amazing!
